Project: Dale Scott & Co Client Portal

Dale Scott & Co. offers financial services to California K-12 schools. The company required a more efficient way to collect financial information form schools and then produce legal documents based on the information. This had previously been accomplished manually by staff using mailed-merged MS Words templates, producing printed documents and delivering the time-sensitive documents via overnight courier.

Exit 445 built an entirely web-based system that allows schools districts to login to their online account, enter financial information, generate customized contracts and download the contracts, complete with a generated FedEx return label.
